1. Service Rates

A $120 service charge minimum applies to all appointments.
The service charge includes up to 1 hour of labor.
After the first hour, labor is billed at $80 per hour, in 15‑minute increments.
Materials, specialty parts, and disposal fees are billed separately.

2. Estimates & Approvals

Estimates are good‑faith approximations and not fixed bids unless stated otherwise.
Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions, material choices, or unforeseen issues.
Work begins only after customer approval.
Additional requested work will be treated as a change order and billed accordingly.

3. Scope of Work

Services include minor repairs, installations, maintenance, carpentry, and small projects.
Larger projects may require separate agreements, permits, or licensed trades.
Work may be declined if unsafe or outside the scope of handyman services.

4. Materials & Warranty

Customer‑supplied materials are installed as‑is with no warranty.
Materials purchased by the handyman are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty.
No warranty is provided for temporary repairs or repairs performed against recommendation.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ACH payments are processed through the secure Client Portal.
All other accepted payment methods are processed at the time of service.
Unpaid invoices may incur late fees or collection actions.

6. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

Visa
Mastercard
American Express (AMEX)
Discover
Apple Pay
Google Pay
ACH bank payments (processed through the Client Portal)

7. Cancellations & Access

Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If access to the property is not available upon arrival, the $120 minimum charge applies.

8. Liability

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the work area.
The handyman is not responsible for pre‑existing issues, hidden defects, or damage caused by aging materials or prior improper installation.
The handyman is not liable for incidental damage caused by necessary access work (e.g., cutting drywall).

9. Photos & Documentation

Before‑and‑after photos may be taken for documentation and quality control.
Photos will not be shared publicly without customer permission.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must disclose known issues, hazards, or previous repairs.
Pets must be secured and work areas must be accessible.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee

Workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or issues caused by unrelated systems.
